💼 What You’ll Do
-  Work warm leads only — no cold calling, no dialing random listsÂ
- Â Call aged data (20+ years) + fresh inbound inquiries daily
- Â Use proven scripts to overcome objections and lock in appointments
- Â Set appointments for free in-home energy evaluations (no hard selling)Â
- Â Hit daily/weekly booking targets and maximize commissionÂ

- $15–$20/hour base (1099)
- Aggressive commission structure (up to $150 per appointment)Â
